You can also view yak pastures and local cheese factories that  serve organic cheese. The local people here are mostly Tamangs and Sherpas. They follow  Buddhism. They have their own unique culture, tradition, and language. They are very  humble and offer warm hospitality, which melts the heart of the visitors. You can find  various lodge and teahouses. So, the trekkers do not need to worry about their food and  stay. Due to the natural beauty and social cultures and traditions, this trek is gaining more  popularity than before.
