Booking a Trip:
You can book a trip with us by sending an email, messaging us for reaching us by any means and providing us your details.
In order to book a trip 25% of the total cost will be taken from you to successfully book for trip and booking will be successful when we send email or confirmation invoice to you.
If you wish to cancel the trip or booking, notice for cancellation shall be made to Finding Nepal in writing. When we receive your cancellation notice that day will be the cancellation day.
The following charges will be taken if you cancel your trip:
You must pay the remaining cost of the trip within before the trip. If you fail to pay on time, the booking of trip will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.
Prices and Validity:
The prices may vary from actual cost because of market fluctuation of fuel cost and other operating costs on which prices are based. Other personal prices such as extra meals, internet, hot shower, optional activities etc are excluded from the price. Any excessive expenses outside itinerary is exluded in the price. For latest price, please reach to us with your enquires and questions.
You should bear all the expenses of everything in situations which isn’t in our control like flight cancellation due to bad weather, unavailability of transportation due to strikes, natural disasters, etc.
If you have any complaints during your trip, you must inform the leader of the tour as soon as possible, who will then take appropriate action to your complaints. If you feel your complaint wasn’t properly addressed, you must inform our office in writing within days after your tour ends.
Proper and valid travel insurance is compulsorily required for all Finding Nepal travelers. Insurance must cover injuries, accidents, illness and death expenses, including pre-existing medical condition if there is any, emergency rescue and person liability.
We also recommend to carry insurance that covers cancellations, loss of luggage, curtailment and personal belongings. You must carry proof of insurance with you and submit it if requested by our employees. We carry the right to cancel or suspend your trip at any time even if the tour has already begun, with no refund, if you are unable to provide proof of insurance when asked for.
Valid Passport and Visas:
You have to carry a valid passport and legally obtained appropriate visas when travelling with us it will be your responsibility and we wouldn’t be the culprits for any of your illegal activities.
Injuries and Evacuation:
During the trip we wouldn’t be responsible for any type of injury/medical/emotional or other condition suffered by the guests. Our packages doesn’t include any personal insurance. We recommend to take appropriate insurance packages (including medical expenses and helicopter rescue if necessary).
Services Missed or Unused:
No refund or discounts will be made if the client misses our service or fail to use our service (including termination/departure from tour for various reasons such as late arrival, sickness, injury etc).
Updating Term and Conditions:
We carry the right to update and amend these terms and condition at any time. It is your responsibility to keep updated with any changes in terms and condition. The terms will be referred in any dispute situations.
