Booking & Payment

Before booking a trip via online, we request you to give some time to read our Terms and Conditions. You can fill out online form if you agree with our Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of your booking will be confirmed in writing to you and becomes valid on the date shown on your confirmation email.

After you have selected your desired trip with specific number of individuals, travel date and porter. We at FindingNepal will calculate your trip total cost within a short period of time. The trip total cost’s 25% will be your deposit which is non-refundable in order to book your trip with us.

Payment via Credit or Debit Card Online:

Our partner’s bank () will take our booking system for processing International Debit or Credit Card online – Visa, Mastercard and Unionpay. Your Debit/Credit card information is safe and secure with SSL encrypted payment system. After the payment, you will immediately receive trip booking confirmation email from our side.

If you pay through your card there is an extra 4% charge (Applies to all payments, due balances, trip extension, and miscellaneous purchases). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Unionpay cards.

You can also book via a bank transfer. If you are willing to pay via a Bank Transfer then, fill up the bank deposit slip. Required information are given below.

Note: Any bank transfer charge should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit

Please note that Finding Nepal is not responsible for any delay or loss during the transfer process. If in any case the money received by us is less than the amount sent due to use of mediator bank or any other reasons, you are requested to pay upon arrival so that the total is equal to the product cost.

After bank transfer, please email the bank deposit slip or reference number of the transfer because sometimes bank forwards the money with different names; if we have these documents and sender’s detail then it will be easy for us to verify your payment.

Payment the Rest Money:

You must pay the remaining 75% balance amount two weeks before the trip starts. If you fail to pay the remaining balance of your booking cost two weeks before the trip starts, your booking will be terminated and you will lose your deposit with 0% refund.

We also request you to send us your scan copies of your passport and passport size photographs by email. These will be required to process the trekking permits and other necessary pre-arrangements.
