Tourist Visa

For 15 Days (Multiple Entry): USD 30

For 30 Days (Multiple Entry): USD 50

For 120 Days (Multiple Entry): USD 125

Visa Extension (Within Valid Visa Period): USD 3 per day

Visa Extension (Multiple Entry):Additional USD 25

Visa Extension (After Visa Expiration): USD 5 per day

Note: If the tourist visa exceeds total of 150 days in a single visa year i.e. January – December, it will be not extended.

Getting Tourist Visa on Arrival

After you land in Tribhuvan International Airport, you can find a Kiosk Machine that reads passport, capture photo, and then print out the form. Once you complete the visa on arrival form to the payment counter and head over to the immigration line.

Make sure you have USD cash. Otherwise, you can also pay with AUD, CAD, CHF, EUR, HKD, JPY and SGD.

Make sure your passport is at least valid for 6 months.

People coming from Nigeria, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Cameroon, Liberia, Swaziland, Somalia, Iraq, Ethiopia, Palestine, Syria and Afghanistan cannot obtain visa-on-arrival
